Welcome to The American Sports Academy. By accessing our website, booking a reservation, participating in any program, or using our facilities, you agree to these Terms of Service & Facility Rental Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services: The American Sports Academy provides indoor sports facility rentals, youth training programs, camps, clinics, leagues, private instruction, and other recreational services located at:
4940 Bayline Drive
North Fort Myers, FL 33917
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or program without prior notice.
2. Reservations & Payment: All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Reservations are subject to our cancellation and refund policy. Late arrivals or no-shows do not extend reservation times and may forfeit the reservation without refund. The individual making the reservation is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these Terms.
3. Facility Rules: To ensure every guest has a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience, the following rules apply to all participants and spectators.
Turf Rules
- No gum is permitted anywhere inside the facility.
- No cleats or spiked footwear are permitted on the turf.
- No food or drinks are permitted on the turf. Water is permitted.
- Do not use confetti, glitter, or materials that could become embedded in or damage the turf.
General Facility Rules
- Dispose of all trash before leaving.
- Return tables, chairs, and equipment to their original locations.
- Remove all decorations and personal belongings.
- Report any damage to staff immediately.
- Follow all posted facility rules and staff instructions.
To protect our facility and ensure a great experience for every guest, individuals who violate these facility rules - including chewing gum, eating on the turf, or wearing cleats on the turf - may be asked to leave the facility without refund.
4. Cleaning Policy: Please leave the facility in the same clean condition in which you found it. If excessive cleaning is required after your reservation including, but not limited to:
- Gum removal
- Food or drink spills
- Cake or frosting
- Decorations left behind
- Excessive trash
- Confetti or glitter
- Any other avoidable mess
a minimum $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the actual cost exceeds the minimum fee.
5. Damage Responsibility: The individual making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of every person attending their reservation. The renter accepts financial responsibility for damage caused by themselves or anyone in their party, including damage to:
- Turf
- Netting
- Walls
- Doors
- Equipment
- Furniture
- Restrooms
- Any other Academy property
- Repair or replacement costs, including labor and materials, will be charged to the credit card on file based on the actual cost of restoring the property.
6. Supervision of Minors: Parents, guardians, coaches, and group organizers are responsible for supervising minors in their care at all times while on Academy property.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver: Participation in sports, fitness, and recreational activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. By entering or using The American Sports Academy facilities, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release The American Sports Academy, its owners, employees, coaches, and affiliates from liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss except where prohibited by law. A separate participant waiver may be required for certain programs or events.
8. SMS Communications: By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages regarding:
- Reservations
- Facility updates
- Schedule changes
- Account notifications
- Occasional promotions
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or call (239) 963-2060. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party marketing.
9. Intellectual Property: All logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, and website content are the exclusive property of The American Sports Academy and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
10. Refusal of Service: The American Sports Academy reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, remove individuals from the premises, or terminate future booking privileges for anyone who:
- Violates these Terms
- Damages Academy property
- Behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner
- Harasses staff or guests
- Fails to follow staff instructions
- Removal from the facility for violating these policies does not entitle the guest to a refund.
11. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms: The American Sports Academy may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website and will include the latest effective date.

Acknowledgement: By completing a reservation, registering for a program, or using The American Sports Academy facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service & Facility Rental Agreement. You further acknowledge responsibility for all guests included in your reservation and authorize The American Sports Academy to charge the payment method on file for applicable cleaning fees, repair costs, or other charges authorized under these Terms.
