1. Services Provided

We offer facility rentals, youth training, sports camps, and related recreational services at 4940 Bayline Drive, North Fort Myers, FL 33917. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use our facilities, website, and services lawfully and respectfully.
• You will not misuse equipment or participate in any activity that could harm others or damage property.
• You are responsible for supervising any minors in your care while on premises.

3. Payments & Bookings

All bookings must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable unless canceled within the terms of our cancellation policy. Late arrivals or no-shows may forfeit reserved time without refund.

4. SMS Communication

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your bookings, facility alerts, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not use autodialers or robocalls. Your information will not be sold or used for third-party marketing.

5. Liability Waiver

Participation in sports and recreational activities involves inherent risks. By using our services or facilities, you assume full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage. A signed waiver may be required for entry or participation.

All content on our website, including logos, graphics, and media, are the property of The American Sports Academy and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your access if you violate our terms, policies, or act in a manner that endangers others or our property.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lee County, Florida courts.
